How do we do #2 effectively? By increasing situational awareness of the real humans behind the government acronyms. I use storytelling skills honed from over a decade of experience as an award-winning novelist to go beyond dull product descriptions and data sheets—because showing that you’re genuinely invested in your customer’s mission matters.
I spent years in graduate school and taught critical thinking to college students, so I don’t skimp on the research or fact-checking, and compliance is always top of mind.

I’m a proud military brat and eldest daughter of a retired career officer in the U.S. Army, so government terminology is practically a first language. Growing up around the military means I intimately understand the deeper needs, challenges, and desires of those invested in defending our nation—and I care.
After honing my writing skills through graduate studies in the Ethics of War & Peace at Duke University and History at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, I spent over a decade working in education, nonprofits, and the public sector.
B2G Marketing is the culmination of these diverse experiences, giving me the human-centric insight needed to tell stories that differentiate your offerings, speak to your customer's mission, and help your business grow.
