Seton Education Partners, a K-12 education nonprofit that works with Catholic & public charter schools in underserved communities, wanted to increase their social media presence and grow an email list of supporters, donors, and potential grantors—a need that became urgent during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.

In response to this crisis, we created a series of story-driven emails and social posts for Seton’s #LivingHope campaign, an effort to raise funds for families in Seton’s partner schools who’d lost employment and educational opportunities during the pandemic. The result?

We raised over $300,000 in donations in just a few weeks. Mostly from new donors who began engaging with Seton as a result of this campaign.

I went on to write Seton’s monthly email newsletters, End-of-Year fundraising letters & CEO emails, social media captions, website copy, blog “Feature Stories,” and other marketing assets that built the Seton brand and sustained philanthropic relationships by showing donors the human face of their impact.
